Get ready for a fantastic day of vintage charm and community fun! The Strausstown Lions Club is excited to host its 55th Annual Antique Auto Show and Flea Market on Sunday, September 13th. Join us at the beautiful Strausstown Lions Community Park for a dazzling display of classic cars, unique flea market finds, live music, and delicious food.

Show Cars: Shine Bright & Win Big! Do you have a classic beauty? The show car gate opens at 9:00 am, but make sure to preregister by August 31st! For just $15.00, you can showcase your meticulously restored antique automobile and receive a souvenir dash plaque. Judges will be looking for historical accuracy, craftsmanship, and overall presentation, with cash prizes awarded to first, second, and third place in various classes.

Flea Market Extravaganza: Treasures Galore! Early birds rejoice! The bustling flea market and craft show kicks off at 6:30 am. With over 350 vendors, you’ll find an incredible array of treasures. Automotive enthusiasts can hunt for rare parts, accessories, and tools, while everyone else can browse general antiques, collectibles, and charming handmade crafts like jewelry and textiles.

Live Entertainment & Delicious Eats! The air will be alive with the hum of antique gas engines and the fantastic sounds of “The Uptown Band,” taking the stage at 10:30 am. This top-tier band, sponsored by local businesses like Bell & Evans, C&C Pizza, and Nature’s Accents, promises a lively atmosphere! And don’t worry about getting hungry – we’ll have plenty of food and refreshment stands, including classic burgers, hot dogs, chicken pot pie, and delectable ice cream from Way-Har Farm Market.

Support a Great Cause! Your $5.00 donation at the entrance (children 16 and under are free) goes directly to support vital community initiatives. All proceeds benefit the Strausstown Lions Club’s efforts to aid the blind, assist the hearing impaired, and enhance our local community. It’s a wonderful way to have fun while making a real difference!

Show car registrations at the gate on Sunday will be display-only and not be judged. Flea market and craft show spaces are subject to availability.

Spectators

Admission is $5 per person. Under 16 is free!

Schedule

• Flea Market Setup Begins: 6:30 AM
• Craft Show Setup Begins: 7:00 AM
• Show Car Gates Open: 9:00 AM
• Band Begins: 10:30 AM
• Judging Begins: Noon
• Awards and Wrap-up: 3:00 PM

Directions

All attendees, including spectators, show cars, and vendors, should enter via Old Rt. 22 at the blinker light from Rt. 183 and follow signs. Please refer to the map below.
